I have not tried them yet but will this weekend. I wished you hadn't put all six together in one package and Frozen them together. We only eat two at a time.

I love that these are not over trimmed, meat needs a little fat on them for flavour and when you are carnivore, fat is not a problem! These steaks have great flavour and are really tender. They are a permanent part of our monthly order.
