Grass-Fed Chuck Roast

I ordered roast, ribeye steak, sirloin steak, breakfast pork sausage, chunk meat, and 80/20 ground beef. My family and I have made several meals using the cuts listed above and highly recommend others to try them as well!

This is probably one of my all-time favourite cuts. I sear it in a really hot cast iron skillet for for a little crispness and finish it off in a slow cooker or in my oven using my cast iron dutch oven, on low heat. It practically melts in your mouth and has amazing flavour! This cut is perfect for an old-fashioned Yankee pot roast just like my grandma used to make, or seasoned with cumin, chili powder, chilies and cayenne, or fajita seasoning to make burritos or tacos, or just eat stuffed in a bit of French stick, over mashed or French fried potatoes.

We are so pleased with all the beef that we get from American Grazed Beef! It is far better quality than what you get in the grocery store, excellent flavour and more affordable.

The customer service is phenomenal. When we got hit by Helene, our monthly order was about to ship (it was already staged for UPS), but we did not have power. I called American Grazed beef to ask them to hold our order, they did and told me to let them know when we were ready. We were lucky compared to a lot of people and only lost power for a week. We did end up losing everything in our freezer, but had they not acted so quickly, to pull that order, we would have lost an entire month's worth of beef. Once power was restored, they got our order out quickly!

This 3 lb grass fed Chuck roast was extremely tender and practically melted in my mouth. I absolutely loved it.
