Tough meat

Unfortunately, when we received our order this time, it was frozen, but the packaging was not vacuum sealed. We had steak last night, and it was very tough. We have ordered several times before with no problems. I am thinking about canceling my subscription.

Ribeye steak

I was somewhat disappointed because the first steak I thought out and cooked had much more gristle than I had expected. I haven’t checked the other one yet.. Considering you pay $20 for shipping plus the cost of the steak I was really very very disappointed in it. I did like the Beef breakfast sausage.
