I bought these awhile back and grilled them,they were ok and I wasn’t going to buy them again,then I decided one more time and I smoked them,they were fantastic,I’ll definitely buy them again

These need to cook long at a low temperature, like 270 degrees. At the end, a short time on the grill helps. A favorite.
