Store bought NY strip is rarely a good cut of meat, usually tough and gristly. We had received a few in a beef box we bought from American Grazed Beef and they were neither. Sorta disappointed....Seems as though you only place on sale your select and choice, but NEVER your Prime. You also do not have your choice larger than 11 pounds. This is my reason for the statement disappointed.
