They were delicious. We prepared them smoked. The flavor was perfect and you could just pull the meat off the bone and eat it in chunks. The meat is naturally flavorful. When it comes to sharing cookout food, I definitely stick to meat ordered from here. It just smells and tastes better. It's noticable to anyone eating it.
