I absolutely love the grass fed beef from this place. They need to work on how they ship their meats though. I have placed a few orders from them and 2 of my orders have had 9 damaged packages which were opened upon arrival. The customer service was great though and they did replace damaged items in first order. The second time it happened and I said something they told me that it shouldn’t affect the quality of the beef even if it arrives opened. I’m honestly not a big fan of eating meat that the packaging has a hole in it. They told me if the quality isn’t good we could go from there. They need to package their products better. I should not have to eat opened meat. Would you want to eat meat that is opened?
Stroganoff, pot roast, chillie, soup, stew and everything else you can make. Best beef ever. I will buy from American Grazed only. Just delicious.
After a mishap with my order being delivered to the wrong address by UPS, American Grazed Beef was quick to send out a replacement at no cost. The meat came well packed and completely frozen. So far I've only made a couple of meals but the meat was very tender and flavorful. I will definitely order again
