Well seasoned very little shirkage. Taste great easy to cook, I even throw on bbq.

What I think
I’m a spice person and if you say something is spicy, it needs to be. Overall quality of the meat product 100% No problem there very tasty consistent. Spice wise could’ve used a little more something still prefer Pork breakfast sausage .
