What I think
I’m a spice person and if you say something is spicy, it needs to be. Overall quality of the meat product 100% No problem there very tasty consistent. Spice wise could’ve used a little more something still prefer Pork breakfast sausage .

Excellent biscuits and gravy!
I don't eat pork so I was thrilled to get the beef sausage so I could have sausage gravy again. Better than pork for sure!
