My wife and I have ordered from this company several times during their sales. Our first order was a whole NY strip which I cut up myself. Next was a variety pack of steak, tips, hamburger, etc. Then a bunch of small cuts, and most recently hamburger meat. The quality is much better than what you get in the average grocery store and the shipping is prompt and well packaged. We will continue to be customers. Highly recommended!

Very hard to separate patties
I thought the quality and taste of the burgers were very good. However I found it very challenging to separate the burgers because pretty much they were frozen in a 24 pack block frozen solid. Better packaging would be a bi g improvement.
