The thirteen pound Stake that we received It was very tough. I had a hard time chewing and choked on a piece How to go to the bathroom?Lean over to come mode and suffer trying. My wife even said the same thing She says we should get a refund of some sort. I told you we'll probably have to take a hammer and beat the hell out of it.The doing is ain't with it. Please.

My wife and I have ordered from this company several times during their sales. Our first order was a whole NY strip which I cut up myself. Next was a variety pack of steak, tips, hamburger, etc. Then a bunch of small cuts, and most recently hamburger meat. The quality is much better than what you get in the average grocery store and the shipping is prompt and well packaged. We will continue to be customers. Highly recommended!

Very hard to separate patties
I thought the quality and taste of the burgers were very good. However I found it very challenging to separate the burgers because pretty much they were frozen in a 24 pack block frozen solid. Better packaging would be a bi g improvement.

Great burgers
We cooked up several patties last night and the flavors were awesome. We just did them on the stove this time and I am sure they will be even better on the grill.
