This is usually good meat, but my last order was a let down. The meat had at some point been thawed and all smashed up. It was edible, but not as good as usual. They offered nothing to me to make up for it at all.

Very happy with the product. No water or grease cooked out of it. Good odor when cooking. I was happy I was able to choose the delivery date. I had just filled the freezer and delayed my shipment for almost 2 weeks.
