This is actually a steak nothing thin sliced like the pictures suggest, the flavor is good and we bought them on sale but I’ll never buy them again, maybe I’m mistaken but what I understand to be carne asada is thin sliced like something one would find on the menu at the local Mexican restaurant, if you have a meat slicer you could probably slice five 3”x5” out of one steak,, once again flavor is good it’s just not what the pictures led me to believe
