Yes it was 19 days ago when our order was fulfilled but as of today, 6/17/24 we still have not received it. Numerous emails were sent to you guys and FedEx only to go unnoticed until a week later. Obviously the meat could not be any good and were given a refund but was given a 10% or Father’s Day code to use to order again. We could not order now as we are out of town for 2 months and the Father Day discount will no longer be available. In other words we were only offered discounts everyone else could get but nothing more for inconvenience. We have spent plenty of money with you buying for 3 different households but I guess that doesn’t matter. We will just have to look elsewhere where a good customer matters.
