Top notch as usual. Just had one marinated, grilled and cut into thin strips for fajitas. Tender and delicious. Very happy I added it to my subscription.

These along with all of your steaks are absolutely amazing and do not disappoint. I marinated ours in 50/50 soy sauce and Worcester sauce over hickory charcoal, all I can say is OMG, tender and bursting with flavor.
