Excellent cut of meat. Awesome.

We found this to be tough to eat. Very low grade beef! Would not buy again. Actually just purchased 1/4 from local Farm. Your meats are still very expensive compared to local sources but I was thinking I would pay more for better beef but what we get is far superior to the T-Bones, Flat Iron and Hamburger that we purchased from You.

Very tender and juicy. Highly recommended.
