Do not be fooled by the pictures; these are cut too thick to be considered "Korean style". Some pieces are nearly 3/4" thick, which makes them unsuitable for some recipes.
If, like me, you are looking to use these in rice bowl-type situations, you might want to try somewhere else.

These short ribs were great. My wife did a nice sauce for them and had them sit in the sauce for a day or something. Any how- they turned out really great.

Very Good but?
I’ve purchased these ribs from you twice now. They’re very good!
I just wish they were sliced thinner, like half the current size.
The same goes for your pork chops, very good just too thick. The thickness of both does not allow me to use them in my favorite recipes.
I cannot knock the quality at all because it’s outstanding. Other than what’s mentioned, that’s why I can’t give you five stars.
