Super pleased with this (and all) from American Grazed beef. Very glad I found them!

Cut up into 15 steaks, put 6 in the sous vide and seared them over the fire. Delicious.

This was the first time trying this brand. We loved all the cuts and considering we do not season any of our meats that is saying something. Everything is great and will do it again soon.
