Grain-Fed Rump Roast 2lb

Great flavor and very flavorful

Bought them with the hopes that they would be as good as the other beef cuts I have purchased in the past. I was not disappointed. They are very good roast.

I bought rump roasts during the Black Friday sale. Cooked in my Insta pot, this roast was tender and moist for dinner and made excellent sandwiches for lunch the next day. I also use this roast for casseroles with the leftovers. I like that this roast has very little fat. Although this makes this roast dryer than others, cooked in the Insta Pot, it is very tender and moist. I hate fat in my casseroles or sandwiches making this roast an excellent choice.
