Grain Fed Short Rib, Bone-In (123A Plate)

Have bought from them all. American Grazed is superior. Great customer service. I recommend the fillet tails for all your recipes like stroganoff or Chilli. The T bone steak is melt in your mouth. The ground beef tastes like ground steak. I love the idea of buying American!

A good place to get harder to find cuts like plate ribs and beef belly not the best quality if you are looking for prime keep searching, choice is scarce, select or no roll is about all you will find but the price is cheap about half the price I pay at Sam’s for whole plate ribs , last 2 racks of plate ribs and slabs of beef bellies I got labeled choice but were barely select and must have been from an old tough bull the membranes and connective tissues were thick and tough as nails . I will order again just be more selective and really check for sales before ordering

$lb Beef short rib only yielded two ribs. They were pretty large but two ribs for $27 is a bit too expensive for me going forward. The sale on ground beef is what I enjoyed most about my last order.

Received my order and so far have smoked the beef short ribs and they turned out great, I will order more.
