Just finished a fiesta dinner with friends and the fajitas were great, flavorful and tender. Will order skirt steak again.

i cook this as my burrito meat with onions, jalapenos ,cilantro then i take it out chopp some of it up put it back into the pan then add my refried beans and grate cheese ouch it's good

I sous vide this for an hour at 118 degrees ,
once it was thawed, then seared at 800 degrees on cast iron 1 minute per side. Insane.
Really tender and flavorful.
