I have been buying numerous steaks and assorted meats from this company over the past 2 years. The taste of the beet is exceptional and we look forward to each delivery. I recently order a resupply of Ribeye and T-bone steaks…. I requested 15 ounce steaks but they were in short supply. Customer service sent me a message that they would replace my 15 ounce steaks with 18 ounce steaks due to shortage at no extra charge. I was astounded and felt compelled to send a thank you for their effort. They have earned my loyalty because they demonstrate their commitment to each customer daily.

best way to put it - SUPER - for super seniors on fixed income these deals are the best around - quality - value- product great ----if any complaint would be in the package when defrosting it - they leak - otherwise I love them ALL

Soooo good! I get the grain fed bone-in Ribeyes and T-Bones in a monthly subscription and I love it! Steaks are so good, customer service is great, too!
