Grain-Fed T-Bone Steak

Always enjoy the meat and modt of the time the meat is cut evenly but not this time. Tbone was good at the top by the bone and then got thinner and thinner as it got to the bottom. First time hope it never happens again quality control is this issue.

I have been buying numerous steaks and assorted meats from this company over the past 2 years. The taste of the beet is exceptional and we look forward to each delivery. I recently order a resupply of Ribeye and T-bone steaks…. I requested 15 ounce steaks but they were in short supply. Customer service sent me a message that they would replace my 15 ounce steaks with 18 ounce steaks due to shortage at no extra charge. I was astounded and felt compelled to send a thank you for their effort. They have earned my loyalty because they demonstrate their commitment to each customer daily.

Bottom line I called delivery was 10 minutes after I left for the weekend on Friday the email they sent was sideways didn't realize it was a tracking number. Their Customer Service Denied a credit or replenish this order, if I ever order again there will be no deliveries on Friday.. I had to toss $180 of meat in the trash 🗑 🙃 they were a better company when they were Agridime I'll just use Local Farmers ..
