I've only cooked 1 package, so far, and that one had alot of fat. Hopefully the others will bring better.
Top was order 2 months ago. The lower one is the order I just received. You can see the difference from then to now. You can make your choice if you want to order or not. Customer service is OK little argumentative.
I've cooked them two different ways and they are absolutely fantastic Knowing it comes from American raised beef and knowing where my beef comes from it is wonderful, the product that I've received since I've been ordering from American Grace beef I have no complaints, some of the best tasting steaks beef tips I've ever purchased
