This steak was purchased for my 75 th Birthday Celebration. The steak was not marinated but placed on grill cooked to medium well. My daughter had purchased a steak from Food Lion. They were both not tender and very chewey. Maybe I needed to marinate them. I was a meat cutter for over 40 years. I aleways looked for marbeling in cuts of meat I saw none. To say the least I was very disssapointed not for myself but for my family as I saw the struggling with the meat. Very embarrassing. I love your ground meats They are the best ever. On Christmas sale, I paid under $5 apiece for these steaks. Just used some for stroganoff, and it was fantastic.
