Here's the Beef!
Tasty, too, but then I have always preferred grain fed over the all grass diet that has gained popularity in the past years. This is good beef, not too lean, not too fat. Chewy at times, but overall, tender and juicy. Well worth the cost which, overall, is one of the best I have found. I grew up in south Texas, have raised a few cows myself over time, now reside in Colorado. I'm 89 years old.
