The answer is simply "excellent" -- so tender, flavor packed and we loved it! I have made several purchases of steaks and tri tips and have never been disappointed. Right now, my freezer's full; but when I have room, I'll be reordering more! Great beef at a reasonable price.

Second purchase of the tri tip, I seared it then cooked it to 135 ,let rest for 30min. It came out perfect, excellent taste!

American Grazed Beef purchase...
The beef was at a reasonable price as was the shipping...just hope those aspects remain within everyone's reach...a great source of beef if one is withing a reasonable distance of this source...if it changes to beyond costly I will change with it...otherwise I am satisfied...love the tri-tip cut...

Great Quality!
I’m saving it for my birthday, but it looks like it’s great quality like everything always is. Way more marbling than I’d have thought from Select! Gonna smoke it and then sear it!
