Quality grass fed beef

Quality meet every time. I’ve never had any disappointments with the meat from American Grazed Beef.

Not very tender

I’ve only tried 3 so far but they were very tough. Individual packaging still says Agridine so not sure if they were old or if they haven’t changed logo yet.

We had these for dinner the other night and they were amazing! I seared them on both sides for about 4 mins each and finished them in the oven for another 10 mins came out perfect medium rare and were so tender! Absolutely recommend!
