Grass-Fed Brisket 3lb

I cooked it in a crock pot because it's 110 degrees outside today, it's the best brisket I've ever had tender and juicy. It's enough for about 5 people if having sides with it. Had just the right amount of fat and didn't shrink down as much as others I've had.

Rubbed on variety of spices, covered in foil, baked @ 300F for 3hrs fat on top. Opened foil brushed juices and broiled fat a bit. Came out perfect. Best ever.
