Grass-Fed Denver Steak 8oz

Good tasting but they're not like the picture. I was expecting a little bigger that a few rolled up bills.

The Denver steaks we recieved were spoiled and even though we just tasted it it made us sick. I let company know so they could look into the rest of that batch, but don't think it did any good.

These Denver steaks delivered on flavor and texture, we cooked in the cold pan method after a 4 hour dry salting in the fridge. Our only complaint was the amount of grizzle, very hard to eat around on two out of the four steaks.

I ordered a heck of a lot of different cuts of meat from you. First, you need to have better communication. Second, the ribeye steak was poor quality. (my favorite cut of steak). The denver teak was quite good. The other cut was a tenderloin and it was good. I order steaks online from two other companies and so far they are better quality. I'm not trying to complain as the deal $$ I got was very good. I will update as I try more cuts. I'm really hoping the ribeye was a fluke and the next one will be better.
