Most items were fine, but some had holes in them and were already freezer burnt because of the holes. We had to eat the meat that was punctured. Meat is good so far.

Poor vacuum seal
Received my order and noticed approximately 1/2 of my items are full of air. My wife put 5 different items in the fridge to thaw and cook then next day and all 5 bags had bad seals and bleed all over in my fridge. Very frustrating.

Shipping concerns
I would have to admit Janie was just wonderful with our shipping concerns. When our order arrived almost half the order was unthawed & some packages were leaking blood. The dry ice was completely evaporated, the ice pack were almost thawed. After taking pictures & talking to Janie about this, they replaced the complete order. When the 2nd shipment arrived, the meat was in better condition than the first order. Dry ice was completely gone again, ice blocks were still frozen. But both times the insulation bag was never sealed closed. The product has had good taste & cooks well. I would rethink how the product is being shipped. It should not arrive to the customer in a condition of starting or being thawed.
