Great Gift

Gave to sister for Christmas. Said the steaks were great, juicy, and flavorful. Said it paired great with green beans, mashed potatoes, and mushroom gravy

Not vacuum sealed

When I defrosted on my counter there was blood everywhere. Also I ordered 2 tri tips, which were sealed in the same package. Now I will have to defrost both of them just to cook one. Minute steaks were tough. I will still order again.
