Nice steak.
Received this package still frozen solid. Thawed it and cooked it the next day. Nice marbling, trimmed well. Excellent flavor. It's really too bad that they're essentially liquidating assets. They provide an excellent service and products for reasonable prices. Would have been nice if the buyer had followed through last May.
