The cuts are fantastic and the pricing is reasonable. I keep my freezer stocked and wouldn't get it any where else.

Arrived thawed and warm
Ordered over 180.00 worth of meat during the 4th of July sale. ALL of it arrived thawed and no good. Customer service did refund my money but the sale is over so I am stuck with full price if I wanted to reorder....They did offer 10%off

Great beef and customer service
First of all the prices and quality are amazing.I have only had to call customer service once and got Janie.The website was acting up so there were several issues.I told her just one time and she fixed all three instantly. This is unheard of in this day and age.Then she took it further and stated she was going to contact their IT person.It has been so long since I have gotten good customer service I forgot what that was like.Janie also sounded young which gives me hope for the future.

Best ground beef. Grass fed/finished no hormones or antibiotics. Can’t beat the taste or value. Huge fans. We only buy our beef from them.
