I was sobhesitant to try meat from tge "mail" but am so glad I gave it a try. Ordered only grass fed, grass finished. Pleasantly happy with our purchase(s). Ordered the 12 Oz sirloin tip, tenderloins and stew meat. Haven't trued the stew meat yet bit am very happy with the other two. I plan to order every month.

These 12oz Sirloin Tip Steaks have cooked up nicely and are tender and flavorful. I usually pan-fry the thawed steaks and use a tenderizer on both sides, cooking slowly at first, then kick up the heat to sear them. I also will use olive oil in the pan. I like mine best medium-rare to medium.
