Grass-Fed Skirt Steak 2lb

Have to say, we absoloutley loved this skirt steak! Sous Vide for 3 hours at 130, then into a hot pan, tender and incredible beef flavor!!

Everything we ordered has been of the utmost quality. the beef is tender and full of flavor. The pricing was comparable or better than the local markets, and the shipping and packaging was also great. We are customers for life!!

I was a little worried when they switched from Agridime to American Grazed beef, and wondered if the selection and service was going to change. The quality of the meat and the Service is exceptional like always, and we love ordering all of our meat here.

didn't need to marinade it for long. it was tender on the grill. the portions were enough for a group of adults
