Got a call saying they were not able to complete my order as I had asked due to some shortage, so they just went and added more ounces of steak to my order to ship to our family. I thought that was awesome customer service and I would like to thank them for calling me and handling it professionally ‼️‼️👍👍

Great meat highly recommend !! Love this company and their customer service !! Only complaint is some of the different cuts need better packaging , but overall we have a good experience.
