Pork Picnic Roast

It was a little more expensive than Sam's or Walmart but it was worth it.

The meats are always great. I only wonder why the vacuum sealed meats leak the red colored stuff when defrosting. I do not buy from the store anymore.

I marinated the roast with salt, pepper, lemon, soy and balsamic vinegar for 12 hours in the fridge. I placed it on the grill and turned i every 10 minutes. When the thermometer hit internal 148 , I plated it and let rest for 8 minutes. I served it with Morel, fig lemon sauce. Even my wife loved it !
