Had an issue with my order , one end was 1/4 inch and other was 2" , couple others had lost their seal and looked freezer burned . I let them know and they offered a full refund , but I've been buying here a long time ( Agridime ) . I just asked to replace the bad steaks . They sent a whole new order ! I'm a customer for life and my faith was reassured. Finally , a company / brand that stands behind their products . I'm all happy now and completely satisfied.
We bought $280 worth of steaks and they are so tough, some of the toughest meat I've ever had! The pork steak tasted OLD! I would not recommend this company.
Your email asked for a review of the order "fulfilled 19 days ago. Thing is, it wasn't. The meat took very nearly a month to arrive and when it did it wasn't all their. You and me, we're done.
Love there products, a shout out to Gina Eastman for helping with our order when there was a shortage and gave us more replacements we are enjoying, been using there company more than 3 X , they never disappoint. Highly recommend them.
We ordered $300 worth of ribeyes and other cuts. We cooked our ribeyes sous vide and used a culinary torch to sear them like we do most every day of the week. They were tough. Leathery and tasteless. We threw 4 of them away, the rest are just sitting in our freezer. I received the first email requesting a review and instead of writing a negative review, I emailed customer service. They asked me to send pictures of the ribeye packages. I did. I explained that the steaks were too tough to eat. Growing up on homegrown beef, I had hopes that this meat would be incredible. It sucked. The company apologized and offered me a coupon for 15% off my next order. I won’t be using that coupon because I won’t be ordering again.
