Grain-Fed Filet Mignon (Tenderloin) 8oz

Usually order the full tenderloin an then cut my own. Always fantastic. This time I ordered the precut steaks and they are just as fantastic!

I have placed several with this company and the previous company. I have ordered beef tenderloin, ribeye and ny strip spending hundreds of dollars close to a dozen times but I gotta tell the last couple of orders the beef has been terrible. I don't what grade the cuts are but it's not advertised on the website. The beef tenderloin isn't even cut into steaks and it's tough to eat at 135 degree resting temp. Same goes for the ribeye and ny strip. If have to guess the grade it would be select because there's no way choice can be that bad. Look at the photo for the beef grain fed tenderloin where's the grade.
