Have been a customer for awhile. Before American grazed beef took over. They kept quality up. We used to raise our own for quality. We no longer have to thanks to American grazed beef. We slaughter costs getting out of control in applevally calif. American grazed beef will be our go to, shipping time is weekly and just a few days. Frozen dry ice on delivery. It's awesome. Quality of the meat was great. Just enough marbling to keep it tender.
