NY Strip steaks are consistently tender, juicy and flavorful. When the supply gets low I'll order more.
I have been ordering from this company for a while now. What I have noticed lately is the quality of these steaks aren't very good lots of fat and grisle by the time you cut it off you have less than half of your steak left.
Agridime was good ordered 8 times, meat was tender, however the new company American Grazed Beef apparently didn't care when I called about $180 of thawed Beef and blamed it on me if you just put more ice it probably would have made a difference. This new company is not customer friendly.. Thumbs Down
Pricing and quality are a big plus for me. I found both here. Highly recommended.
