Grain Fed New York Strip Steak

Flavorful and tender as always.

I'm finding grilse and much more fat that the past, makes it very chewy to the point of 'leather'. It may be hard to reorder from here.

Their product is average quality, BUT
I have paid this company $1,040 since November 2024.
I have received one $260 delivery worth of steaks in November 2024,
I have been refunded $260 in December. That leaves a balance of
$780,
They were kind enough to ship $260 worth of steakes to me on January 7, 2025. UPS showed up at my door on January 19th with the delivery. When i asked if the product had been stored refrigerated for 11 days the driver said , "No". I rejected delivery,
Is this someone you wish to do business with?
