OK however was expecting more tender steak. My wife says we won’t be buying this again. I’d prefer ribeye shaved steak.

Nice little surprise, good things do come in small packages. I didn’t make a sandwich, I sautéed it with some onions and put it under some cheese and eggs over-easy. Made a very good breakfast!

FANTASTIC BRING ON THE MEAT
I have been ordering from this company for a while now its the first time i ordered the philly shaved beef , but it was so tender and great for sandwiches , i will definately order this again , i also order there new york strip steaks and they are cheaper than any where i have bought for a 10 oz steak , quality is great . all there meat so far has been top of the line and the price is the cheapest i have found. I do wish that they carried like turkey gizzards and maybe turkeys but maybe that will come soon . THANKS
