Unfortunately shipment was delayed
Everything arrived thawed and I gave almost entire order to friends with the understanding to cook it in the next 2 days. The few cuts of meat that I consumed were good.

The steaks taste good but I prefer a more universal cut for each filet so they cook evenly. They are more on the flat side for my liking
